Managing parking spaces efficiently is a key concern for property managers and landlords, especially in residential and commercial complexes where space is limited. Ensuring that only authorised tenants and their visitors utilise parking facilities helps prevent congestion, unauthorised usage, and security issues.

To address these challenges, a structured parking management system incorporating e-permits, visitor vehicle registration, and an Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) enforcement system was implemented along with CCTV surveillance to enhance security, improving the overall experience for users of the car park.
